Zoya Imogen
This is a Magical Pixie Dust from the Winter 2014 Wishes collection.
It has somewhat of a jelly finish. Takes 3 coats to be opaque. Out of the three Wishes Pixies, this is the one I would pick first. Definitely most unique. It does not have a matte finish like many Pixies.
This polish is currently available from Zoya but is being discontinued.
