Holo Topcoat: Darling Diva - How Many Licks?

I've categorized this one as a "glitter" holographic topper because of its small to medium sized glitter particles. I found the glitters did not show up well on the darker swatches, so this is one best used over lighter colors. I thought there was a decent amount of graying from this topcoat because it has a stronger holo effect, most noticeable over the black. The color winner here was white for me though because the glitters really popped. I like this one more than Darling Diva I Want Your Sex because the glitter particles are a little smaller and distribute more evenly. I can definitely see myself wearing this one over some pastel or lighter colors.
