The one is a true topper. It is easy to get just the right amount of sparkle without having to worry about how you're applying the polish. It has small holo glitters and what looks like faint scattered holo particles in the base. I thought it did well over all of the color though white was my favorite here. Not very much graying since the scattered holo is subtle.
