Holo Topcoat: Orly - Shine On Crazy Diamond

Where to buy: I found mine at a local supply store, but it should be available online or where older Orly are sold.

This topper is entirely small holographic glitters. There are no additional linear or scattered effects. It applied well though maybe a bit sparse.I could see using two coats of it for more bling.
