This polish is from a new indie, Turtle Tootsie. This is my first experience with the brand. Silver Bracelet can be used as a topper or built up to be opaque in about 3 coats. You do need to use a light hand to apply it as a topper. If you compare my swatches over the black and white to the red and sea foam green, you can see I got better at applying it as I went. Since this polish is only small holo glitters, it doesn't have the traditional graying effect of holo topcoats. I thought this one paired best with the green and red, so I could see it being great over a variety of colors.
