Holo Topcoat: Wet N' Wild - Kaleidoscope

Where to buy: I purchase this at Five Below, but you can probably find it in drugstores as well

This is a holo topper with two sizes of holo glitters. There is no linear or scattered smaller particles to create a graying effect. This is likely your cheapest option when it comes to a holo topper. I paid less than $2.00 for it. It played well with all of the colors.
