It is from the Spring 2005 (year a little uncertain) Sirens collection.
Pictures are 3 coats with Seche Vite topcoat. I suggest 2 coats to be fully opaque.
This is discontinued polish and is no longer available from Zoya.

Belinda by Zoya is a pink-toned light creamy brown nude neutral with a sprinkling of fine silver glitter.
