Zoya Rowan
It is from the 2015 Naturel Satin collection.
Pictures are 3 coats without a topcoat. I suggest 2 coats to be fully opaque. This is meant to be worn either without a topcoat or with Zoya’s Satin Topcoat.
This is currently available polish from Zoya.
