This polish has to be the happiest of all the holo topcoats. It's just so fun. It has a weak scattered holo effect along with different shapes of multi-colored glitter. I didn't really need to fish around for the glitter in this one. Applied pretty well. I really loved it over white, though I can't want to try it over a pink.
