Zoya Sunny
It is from the 2005 Hugs-n-Kisses collection.
Pictures are 3 coats with Seche Vite topcoat. I suggest 3 coats to be fully opaque. This polish really seems to be a very unique color.
This is a discontinued polish and is no longer available from Zoya.
