Zoya Miley
It is from the Summer 2008 Blissful collection.
Pictures are 3 coats with Seche Vite topcoat. I would suggest 3 coats to be fully opaque with this polish. My pictures make this look a little more blue leaning than in person. But this is a polish I actually keep with my blue polishes rather than the purple ones. Let’s just call it blurple.
