Zoya Annie
It is from the Summer 2008 Chit Chat collection.
Pictures are 3 coats with Seche Vite topcoat. I would suggest 2-3 coats to be fully opaque with this polish. I actually didn't notice the duochrome effect the official description mentions.

Official Description:
Annie by Zoya can be best described as a saturated coral-orange with slight red undertones, strong gold shimmer and slight bright green duochrome.
Color Family - Orange
Finish - Metallic
Intensity - 4 ( 1 = Sheer - 5 = Opaque )
Tone - Warm
