Zoya Talia
It is from the Summer 2015 Island Fun collection.
Pictures are 3 coats with Seche Vite topcoat. I suggest 2 coats to be fully opaque. I can’t get this one color accurate in pictures. It’s more green toned in person. Kind of a pretty blue teal.

Talia by Zoya can be best described as a true turquoise in a full coverage, densely pigmented cream formula. Please note: This is a highly pigmented shade. Make sure to apply a base coat to prevent staining.

Intensity - 5 ( 1 = Sheer - 5 = Opaque )
Tone - Cool
Here is a filtered version of the picture to get a better idea of the color. This isn't spot on but it's much closer.
