Zoya Sansa
It is from the Fall 2014 Ignite collection.
Pictures are 3 coats with Seche Vite topcoat. I bought this one originally for the name (yay, Game of Thrones), but the polish is absolutely gorgeous. Two coats should be enough to be fully opaque.
