It is limited edition polish Zoya made specifically for Progressive Auto Insurance company.
Pictures are 3 coats with Seche Vite topcoat. I suggest 2-3 coats to be fully opaque. This is the cobalt blue Zoya just doesn’t have in its regular line. So sad it’s LE.
I’m pretty sure this is only supposed to be available to Progressive employees. Won’t specify how I got this one. I’m just happy I could give it a nice forever home.
