Zoya Selene
It is from the Summer 2015 Paradise Sun collection.
Pictures are 3 coats with Seche Vite topcoat. I suggest 2 coats to be fully opaque.

Official Description:
Selene by Zoya can best be described as a true teal with a micronized metallic pearl finish. A unique shade with an aqua fleck that resembles deeper layers of ocean water. Please note: This is a highly pigmented shade. Make sure to apply a base coat to prevent staining.
