Zoya Oceane
It is from the Summer 2015 Paradise Sun collection.
Pictures are 3 coats with Seche Vite topcoat. I suggest 3 coats to be fully opaque. I found this polish hard to get color accurate in the pictures. I find the actual polish to be more bright in person.
