Zoya Jo
This is from the Spring 2009 Twist collection.
Pictures are 3 coats with Seche Vite for a topcoat. This one may need 3 thin coats to be fully opaque. It reminds me of a more blue version of Prim. I’d pick this one over Prim any day.
