Zoya Stassi
It is from the Summer 2014 Bubbly collection.
Pictures are 3 coats with Seche Vite for a topcoat. I suggest 3-4 thin coats to be opaque. Might have some VNL issues. This one may also be easier to use as 1 coat over another polish. Note that some bottles (like mine) have the name misspelt as Staasi.
