It is from the Summer 2012 Beach collection.
Pictures are 3 coats with Seche Vite topcoat. You may be good with 2 coats. It may need a 3rd to even out the polish.

Shelby by Zoya can be best described as a soft but colorful cherry blossom pink with an opaque cream finish. A light girly pink with enough tint to keep it from looking pastel or washed out.
