Zoya Charisma
This is not from a collection. It’s an open stock color.
This is a neon polish and as such it dries semi-matte unless you topcoat it. Pictures are of 3 coats with Seche Vite topcoat. You might be okay with two coats. This is one of those polishes that just sticks out. I can’t find a good place for it in my collection organized by color because I don’t have any other Zoyas like it. Even if you don’t think this is a color you’d wear on your fingers, you better buy this for flip flop season.

Charisma by Zoya can be best described as an ultra bright neon fluorescent magenta/red-toned purple cream. This neon shade dries matte, but also can be worn with topcoat for a glossy finish.
