Zoya Blaze
It is from the Winter 2012 Ornate collection.
This is one of Zoya's very few scattered holo polishes. Pictures are 3 coats with Seche Vite for a topcoat. You may be okay with 2 coats, but it seems more color accurate and opaque at 3 coats.
This is a currently available polish from Zoya.

Blaze by Zoya can be best described as a full coverage, cool-toned medium mulberry red with a high concentration of micro fine diamond holographic glitter. The multidimensional holographic glitter adds complexity and depth to this vampy red.
