Zoya Ruby
This is from the Fall 2003 Jewels collection.
Pictures are 3 coats with Seche Vite for a topcoat. The polish has silver swirls running through it in the bottle, which doesn’t really come across on the nail.
This is a discontinued polish you can find from resellers online.
