Zoya Kimber
It is from the Summer 2012 Surf collection.
Pictures are 3 coats with Seche Vite for a topcoat. I would go with 3 coats on this one to be opaque. If you struggle with visible nail line, it might take 4 coats.

Kimber by Zoya can be best described as a rich, bright and saturated medium magenta pink with strong gold metallic shimmer and a foil-like finish.
