Zoya Dhara
This polish is from the Fall 2013 Pixie Dust collection.
This is a slightly textured polish. Swatches are of 3 coats without topcoat. You could get away with two coats unless you have a very white free edge.
It is currently available from Zoya though it will soon be retired.
