Zoya Oswin
This polish is from the Fall 2014 Ultra Pixie Dust collection.
This is a very textured polish. Swatches are of 3 coats without topcoat. You could maybe away with two coats.
It is currently available from Zoya though it will soon be retired.

Oswin by Zoya can be best described as a true red textured PixieDust with crimson Mega Hex particles.
