This is from the Winter 2014 Wishes collection. This is a Magical Pixie Dust.
Pictures are three coats with no topcoat. You might be able to get away with two coats, but still this polish has a sort of jelly consistency, you will probably want three coats for full opacity.
This polish is currently available from Zoya but being discontinued.
