Zoya Felicity
It is from the Spring 2008 Blissful collection.
Pictures are 3 coats with Seche Vite topcoat. This was not fully opaque at three coats for me. I would expect visible nail line without more coats.
This is discontinued polish that is no longer available from Zoya. Resellers may still have it in stock.

Felicity is a soft dusty tea-rose pink with champagne and bright pink undertones in a sheer creme finish.
