Zoya Rayne
This is from the Spring 2015 Delights collection.
Pictures are 3 coats with Seche Vite for a topcoat. This one will probably need three coats to be opaque and have even coverage. I could easily see wearing it over another blue as well for a slightly different look.
This is a currently available polish from Zoya.

Rayne by Zoya can be best described as a dewy, spring blue metallic with an energizing turquoise metallic flash.
