Zoya Noir
This polish is from the Fall 2014 Ultra Pixie Dust collection.
This is a very textured polish. Swatches are of 3 coats without topcoat. You could maybe away with two coats. Note that this one does not try matte like most pixies.
It is currently available from Zoya though it will soon be retired.

Noir by Zoya can be best described as deep, vampy plum textured PixieDust with red Mega Hex particles.
Color Family - Red
Finish - PixieDust
Intensity - 5 ( 1 = Sheer - 5 = Opaque )
Tone - Cool
