Zoya Vega
This is from the Spring 2014 Magical Pixie Dust collection.
Pictures are three coats with no topcoat. You should be good with two coats on this one. This is my favorite magical pixie. Has the best formula out of all of them.
This polish is currently available from Zoya but being discontinued.
